Grotesk, Irak, is quoted of stating that the success of the art he makes today is due to his process of reduction and allowing his subject matter to breath in its confined space. "The minimal approach is way more refreshing." I really enjoy the illustrative qualities to his works and think that he can use this concept for a long time to come and remain successful to his audience with the work he has undertaken.

Augor is a contemporary writer who's works can be seen around the world and in main stream art magazines such as juxtapoz and swindle. His work is always well accomplished and innovative with grimy style. As an artist I highly respect the level of work he sustains to make in the craziest of spots.

Kristi Foom is also a close acquaintance of mine and is for the moment Mario's fiance, soon to be married. She is currently living in Amsterdam and working with many zine libraries to create a higher level of communication with local artist in their specific communities. She is an amazing grant writer and business women, who's work highly resembles that of her husband.

Mario Zoots is a close friend and highly influential artist in my life. Originating as a highly productive street artist, he currently focuses on digital collage and internet supported art works. Most of his works are minimal allowing the primary intent to relay heavy emotion and give the audience an immediate reaction to his work.
